The Bruno Elan and Elite Straight Stair Lift
The Bruno Elan stair lift offers the best value in a stair lift. The track system only takes up 6 inches from the wall, making it the slimmest track in the industry. The slim design allows you to fold the unit easily without blocking the stairway. The ride is smooth and quiet. It has a charge strip in the track that allows you to charge the unit anywhere on the stairs. We have hundreds of Elans in service and have had excellent feedback from our customers. When comparing the value of the Elan to other brands, the Elan has far exceeded the competition.
The Bruno Elite stair lift is, in our opinion, the best straight stair lift available today. The Bruno Elite has the same slim aluminum track as the Elan stair lift. The attractive design and seat upholstery are very appealing.
Another interesting feature about the Bruno Elite stair lift is its strength and durability. The Elite can handle 400 lbs. It really can! The Elite is designed with high quality steel components and a larger motor in the drive unit. One ride on our Elite demonstration unit and you will feel the difference right away.

The Bruno Elite Curve Stair Lift
The Bruno Elite Curve stair lift has many of the same features as the Bruno Elite straight stair lift. The seat and seat post use the same high strength steel components and the seat has the same attractive upholstery and design.
The Elite Curve can handle up to 400 lbs. We have been installing the Bruno Curve stair lift since the late 90’s and have never had to replace a unit. They are built to last and they should, considering that a curved stair lift is much more expensive than a straight stair lift.
The Curve rail system is custom made with solid steel in Wisconsin. The paint finish is powder coated and easy to clean. When riding the Bruno Elite Curve stair lift for the first time, you will know that you have made a wise purchase.

The Outdoor Elite Straight and Curve Stair Lifts
The Outdoor Elite stair lifts have all the same features as the indoor Elite stair lifts. However, there are a few differences. The outdoor lift is a darker tan which is more appealing in an outdoor environment. The electronics and gear racks are weather resistant and resist corrosion. What really sets it apart is the fold down canopy cover that keeps the seat dry while not in use.
The Outdoor Elite units have come a long way in recent years with improvements in durability and corrosion resistance making these units a good investment. We have the Outdoor Elite straight stair lift on display at our showroom in West Boylston. You can see for yourself the quality that Bruno has to offer.

Modular Ramp Systems
Steel and Aluminum Modular ramp systems can be purchased or rented from Able Home. Why purchase a metal ramp system when you can have a contractor build you a ramp? Modular ramp systems are installed in just one day. They can be a temporary solution or a long-term solution. If and when you no longer need the ramp, Able Home will buy it back and do the removal for you. The modular design enables the installation and removal to be done quickly, without any impairment to your property.
Able Home also offers reconditioned ramp materials for a significant cost reduction. With over 20 years of installing ramps, Able Home can find a ramp solution for almost every setting. Call us for a free ramp assessment.

Refurbished Stair Lifts
Refurbished stair lifts are sold at a discount of 30% less than the rate of a new stair lift. About one third of the stair lifts that we sell and install, are refurbished. Many of you would be surprised to know that stair lifts are built to last 25 years. With this in mind, we decided to introduce refurbished stair lifts. The response has been overwhelming.
Customers tell us that they can’t tell the difference between our used stair lift and a new stair lift. The main reason for this is that we have high standards. We pay attention to detail. All the refurbished units are spotless and have brand new batteries installed. If we have any doubt about the integrity of the stair lift, it will not be sold. The Warranty for refurbished stair lifts is one year on all parts. (After purchasing a refurbished stair lift we will treat you the same as someone who has purchased a new lift.) The response and outcome for this initiative has been very positive.

Able Home Accessibility did a fantastic job of installing the ramp I needed. While I was still in rehab recovery from a stroke, I reached out to Matt of Able Home Accessibility, showed him a photo of my front door, and discussed what I thought I needed to be installed. I was going to be discharged in one week and needed the ramp finished before I arrived home. Matt went to my home and then sent me a quote for the project. I agreed to the quote, and Matt and his crew were finished two days before I got home. They did a 5-star job. I highly recommend Able Home Accessibility.

Matt and his team at Able Home did great work on the custom curved stairlift for my mother at our house. From the initial visit to the installation, we were very satisfied with all our interactions with Able Home. The lift was put in about 18 months ago, and it has worked absolutely perfectly ever since. Having this lift has freed us from fears that my mother would be injured in a fall down the stairs.
A stairlift is not a small investment, so the knowledge that Matt was available to answer questions as we made our decision was invaluable. We also appreciated that Matt wasn't pushy and didn't try to up-sell us on features we didn't need, unlike other groups that gave us quotes.
If you are considering working with Able Home, you can feel confident in their reliability and in the quality of their work.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Matt and Chris! What a relief it was to deal with owners and not salespeople. I bought a townhouse with many stairs after not being able to find a one level condo. Matt and Chris were amazing in their ability to promptly come do an estimate; educate me about the MA Home Modification Loan Program; and help make my home handicap accessible! I would highly recommend this company and give it many more stars if I was able to! Well done!

I can't say enough about Able Home Accessibility and Chris! He installed a custom Bruno stairlift at my parent's home a long time ago. The installation was perfect and he had to come by this week to do a service call. His worth ethic, honesty, and customer-focused approach is like no other. He said he would be there at 2:30 and rang the door bell at 2:29! He swapped the batteries, did some needed maintenance and explained everything to my mother who then called me to walk me through the "play by play" positive experience she had dealing with Chris. Keep up the great work and if anyone ever needs to improve home accessibility and mobility these guys are the ones to help. This isn't a one-time deal. We have been a customer for a long time. I have written less than a handful of reviews online but felt this warranted a review.

Thank you all at Able Home not only for your professionalism but also your communication from initial visit through installation of Bruno stairlift. Your team was always there to answer any question and our installer Brodie was beyond proficient. His installation was undertaken like an operation. Everything in place for each part of installation from beginning to end. All boxing removed and not one bit of sawdust from attachment to wood stairs. He stayed with us for instruction on use of the lift. This company values their clients and we are assured they will be there for us if needed. We highly recommend Able Home.

Matt was Awesome with helping my dad, who was a Korean War Veteran, by putting in a chair lift for him. Whenever my dad called with questions or needed help, he called Able Home Accessibility, and Matt immediately responded to my dads needs. After my dad passed, Matt came to my dad's home and picked up the equipment that was left here. It was such a pleasure meeting Matt! His prompt response and pick up helped me a great deal. Thank you to Matt at Able Home Accessibilty for your kindness, helpfulness, and pleasant smile every step of the way.

Able Home was fantastic on meeting with me, and working with me to accommodate installing a stairlift and ramp for my mother-in-law. They were extremely professional and flexible in working with us and providing a solution that really worked for us. We have a two-step then a turn with another 14 steps from the basement/entrance to the main level. Originally we thought we needed a chairlift that could corner. But after reviewing with Matt and Chris we settled on a ramp for the first two stairs and then a straight stairlift. This worked out very well, and cost significantly less than the alternatives. We've had the lift and ramp for just over a year, and they were great on servicing the lift when we had a battery issue. They even replaced the cord that we had damaged for no charge.
I certainly recommend Able Home for the service and professionalism they provide. I will certainly be using for any future needs myself.

I’ve purchased 3 stairlifts from Able Home, 2 were refurbished. In my opinion, the equipment is only as good as the people who service it. The stairlifts were purchased for my parents, who had moved in with me, and needed to access their bedrooms on the second floor. Matt Walsh was the owner I first met, and purchased all my units from him. He has given me excellent guidance, patiently took time to explain how to use the units, and has gone out of his way to return my calls, and show up to service and resolve problems within 24 hours. Since purchasing my original stairlifts in 2011, Matt and his colleagues are still servicing my 2 remaining stairlifts. I would wholeheartedly recommend Able Home Accessibility to anyone in need of purchasing and/or servicing a new or used unit. Their prices are competitive, and their servicing is top grade.

Thank you for helping me out and installing the stairlift. You can’t imagine how much of a difference it has made for me. We chose your company because you both own the company and took the time to come out yourselves and not send a salesperson. Matt you literally looked at the stairs and knew that you had a chair that would fit. And you gave me a price that included everything and did not have a list of “extra fees." I have your business card and will not hesitate to recommend you and your company.

I live on the second floor of a two family house and decided that it was time to look into getting a stair lift due to my respiratory issue. My cousin Nancy in Orange Massachusetts, told me to call Matt at Able Home Accessibility. I wanted at least two quotes, so I called Matt and the national company that I have seen on TV. Matt came in with a quote that was over $2000 less than the guys on TV. Since Matt was recommended and impressed me, I decided to go with Able Home. I love it! The guys did a great job installing the Bruno stair lift and they explained how to use it very thoroughly. On Sunday, I decided to go down stairs and sit on the porch. I cried! I can actually go up and down the stairs all by myself! Thank you Matt and Chris!
